Many people have enquired who we are and where from and what is the purpose of www.Bihar.ws. This website is dedicated to BIHAR. Everyone should know that;
To be born Bihari is to be born privileged, with history in my blood and culture in my bones, and I won’t let anyone tell me otherwise.
The purpose of this website is to communicate with the people outside Bihar and facilitate easy access to her glorious heritage; and to maintain, monitor and track all other Bihar resources under one roof. Or simply this website is primarily for information sharing.
One day I was surfing the net on the history of Bihar. Unfortunately couldn’t find much. So discussing with a few friends (Ratnesh, Sharmaji and Renu) me and my husband decided to set a website with Bihar’s history and articles. Hence this website came into being in Feb 2007, currently run by me, my husband does the technical and the 3 friends "research and development". Think of it as a hobby.
However if you would like to become an associate and join hands in the promotion of Bihar, please do contact me using the contact us link or email me. If you write or comment on Bihar or Bihar related topics and you would like to place on this website please let me know. We will publish it with proper referencing of course.
